Dean has held senior leadership roles in global technology businesses and led businesses with $50m turnover.

He has significant experience in growing businesses, strategy, corporate development, and commercial and partnership development.

He has an understanding and empathy with business challenges of SME in UK tech sector.

Dean has a PhD in engineering and also a MBA.

Tim Manning - Engineering Director

Tim has held senior engineering leadership roles in global blue-chip and start-up technology businesses.

He has 20 years experience in setting up and managing successful distributed software development teams including off-shore teams in India and with Thinkpalm.

He has a strong background in technology development whilst being commercially astute, enabling successful technical and business outcomes.

Tim is comfortable working from engineer level up to C-suite executives.

He has a first class degree in engineering and is a Zepler prizewinner from Southampton University.
